CO-FOUNDER & PARTNER, work:in:futures

work:in:futures is a non-profit Think & Do Tank based, dedicated to seeing work as a lever for individual and collective transformation. The association creates dialogue spaces, develops innovative formats, supports organizations, and initiates community projects to explore and prototype work as a shared space for shaping the future.

Since 2025, I have been actively engaged as a Co-Founder and partner, co-developing formats, networks, and experimental spaces that foster self-efficacy, creativity, and societal future competence.
In this role, I bring together my background in coaching and organizational development with the vision of rethinking work – boldly, co-creatively, and with a focus on the common good.
