The future isn't something that happens to you. It's something you design.
Most people move through life's transitions reactively — waiting for clarity to arrive, rather than building it. And when they do try to plan ahead, the focus tends to land on the wrong thing: the destination, the vision, the perfect life plan.
My coaching starts somewhere different. The future isn't out there waiting — it's being shaped right now, by the choices you make, the habits you build, and the understanding you have of yourself. The question isn't what will you do one day. It's what can you do today.
Drawing on nearly a decade of Performance Coaching, Life Design, and Future Crafting, I work with individuals to build exactly that: deeper self-understanding, and the practical capacity to keep designing their future as they go.
How it works
My coaching works on two levels simultaneously.
The first is about bringing more of yourself into your future — deepening your self-understanding and finding concrete ways to let that shape the life you're building. Not who you think you should be, but who you actually are.
The second is about building capacity for the future — through small, structured experiments that develop the skills and openness you'll need to navigate whatever comes next.
Together, these two things build something more valuable than a vision: agency and self-efficacy. The belief — earned through practice, not just reflection — that you can shape your own future.
I'm less interested in helping you arrive at a fixed life plan. Visions shift. Circumstances change. What doesn't change is your ability to keep designing — if you've built that muscle. That's what we're really working on.
