Lab

My space to research, question, and develop the point of view that drives everything else I do.

Good work requires a space to think and develop depth. This Lab is mine.

It's where I research the questions that run through everything I do: What does it mean to be human in a world of accelerating change? What capacities do individuals and organizations need to build to not just survive but thrive? And how can we use the tools of the future — including AI — to expand human potential rather than diminish it?

The Lab isn't a finished product. It's a living, evolving space — for ideas in progress, research in motion, and thinking that hasn't quite settled yet.

What I am exploring

My current research sits at the intersection of three areas:

Human-Centric AI

how artificial intelligence can enhance human capabilities and help us focus on where we add the most value.

Future capacity building

what skills, mindsets, and practices make individuals and organizations genuinely future-ready

Transformation design

how to move through change intentionally, at both the personal and organizational scale

Where to follow

I share my thinking through my Substack — occasional, considered pieces on the ideas I'm working through. No noise, just substance.

I also co-founded work:in:futures, a think tank exploring the future of work. It's a space where ideas get stress-tested in collaboration with others.
